Gouda XO cheese, former Old Holland Cheese

Formerly known as Old Holland Cheese is now named Gouda XO Extra Old: an 12-month ripened Old cheese. The cheese is naturally ripened in Reeuwijk according to proven Vergeer Holland methods. The cheese is ‘released’ if it is delicious of taste and excellent of structure.
